pinqponq’s Stone Business Card
Making the leap from building to fashion takes a certain amount of creativity and imagination. While not everyone might be blessed with those qualities, the Bachelor’s students at TH Köln/University of Applied Sciences are bubbling over with ideas. Led by graduate interior designer Katharina Koppe, they developed a spatial concept for pinqponq that physically conveys the brand values on various levels. The goal of showing the brand values not just in the product, but also in the employees’ working environment is demonstrated in a unique way by their “stone business card” concept.
“Form follows content” is the credo that gives the brand space a three-dimensional identity. “The clear structure, along with forms, materials, colors and media that are tailored to the brand image, physically create the brand’s recognition value", explains Katharina Koppe, who encouraged her students Lucas Dyrda, Julian Lanser, Yara Naumann and Johanna Witzel to take a closer look at pinqponq’s DNA. The result? Concepts that are distinguished not just by their use of the blue-and-red brand CI, but which also communicate its sustainable aspect in a physical way.
