Returns and claims
Are you unhappy with your order? Or do you simply want to return something? No problem! This is how it works: For defective or faulty products, please contact our Service Team by email at email@example.com or by phone at (+49) 221 539 705 100.
If you want to return your order within the first 60 days of delivery, proceed as follows:
1) Print out the following form, complete and enclose it in the package: click here
2) Now chose the country that you are sending the package from. Then fill out your information.\ IMPORTANT: Please enter in the "order number" line the term "Cancel" and your customer number (see packing slip/invoice).
3) Now print out the return slip which is free of charge for the following countries. After receiving your return, we will credit the amount of your purchase using the same payment method that you used to pay for your order.
4) In case of a return from other countries please send your return at your own costs to:
