About your order
How do I redeem a code?
After adding your product to the cart, click on “Proceed to Checkout”. There you will find all items from your cart listed, and below this overview you will see a field where you can enter your discount code. Enter your code there and then click “Apply”. If the code is correct and valid, the total purchase price will be adjusted accordingly.
Please note that the code must meet the respective promotion conditions and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
How do I sign up for the newsletter?
Scroll to the bottom of our homepage and click on the “Newsletter Sign-Up” button.
A field will then appear where you can enter your email address. After that, you should receive a confirmation email within the next 24 hours.
I did not receive a newsletter code
In general, it may take a little longer for you to receive the newsletter code. If you still haven’t received the newsletter code after 24 hours, please contact our customer service.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Scroll to the bottom of a newsletter and click on “Unsubscribe from newsletter”. From then on, you will no longer receive promotional emails from us.
When will my desired product be available again?
Get notified as soon as your desired product is back in stock. Simply sign up for the out-of-stock reminder using your email address. You’ll find the input field directly on the sold-out product page.
I have not received an order confirmation

How do I cancel or change my order?
To ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible, your purchase request is automatically forwarded to our logistics team after the online payment has been completed. Unfortunately, cancellations or changes to your order details are therefore no longer possible. If you would like a different item, please place a separate order. If you decide not to keep your order, you can return the items to us within 30 days. Please follow the instructions under Returns and Reclamations – pinqponq. Alternatively, you may refuse to accept the parcel, which will automatically be returned to us and refunded to your original payment method.

Which countries does pinqponq deliver to?
In addition to Germany and Austria, we deliver to the following countries in Europe:

We also ship to Switzerland. For deliveries to Switzerland,
additional VAT, customs duties or other fees such as customs clearance charges may apply. These costs are not included in the product or shipping costs for end customers and may need to be paid by you upon import of the goods to a third party. VAT is calculated based on the taxable value of the goods, which consists of the product value, shipping costs, customs clearance costs and duties. Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over €100. For orders below the minimum order value, shipping costs €3.90 (DE & AT). International shipping costs €7.90 and is free for orders over €200. Deliveries to Switzerland cost €19.90.
How quickly are ordered products shipped?
Your new item should reach you within five working days. If you are waiting longer than five working days for your pinqponq product, you can check the status of your package by sending an email to info@pinqponq.com. Sometimes packages get stuck at customs or the address cannot be found. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I send to a packing station?
What should I do if my package has not arrived?
If the parcel was not delivered to your neighbors or a parcel locker, an investigation must be initiated with the shipping service provider. In this case, please contact our Customer Happiness Team. We will be happy to assist you.
Can I change my address?
Unfortunately, an address change is not possible for technical and logistical reasons. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and we will refund the purchase amount. In this case, you would need to place a new order proactively.
I would like to change my billing address
Please contact our Customer Happiness Team. We will update your invoice and send you the revised version digitally.
Returns
How long can I return a backpack?
Changed your mind? It happens! To make sure you don’t have to make a rushed decision, you have 30 days to exchange your new item. Please note: returns are only possible with proof of purchase. This also applies if the item was a gift. You can find further details about returns in the returns portal and in our General Terms of Service.
Are returns free of charge?
No, from 01.10.2023 we have decided to charge a flat rate for returns. We want to take a further step towards responsible consumption. Returns have a negative impact on the CO2 balance and therefore also on the world in which you live. Under "How can I avoid returns", we give you tips on how you can shop responsibly online.
How do I send back my return?
You can use our returns portal for returns from Germany and Austria. After specifying which items you want to return, we will create a QR code for your return shipping label from DHL. The QR code will also be sent to your email address. You can use it to go to a parcel drop-off point or your parcel carrier, show the QR code and the label will be printed for you.
How do I send my return shipment from abroad?
Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels for orders shipped outside of Germany and Austria. You are welcome to return the goods at your own expense to the following address:

As soon as the parcel arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a credit confirmation by email, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately one week.
How will I be informed that you have received the return?
As soon as we receive your returned goods from Germany or Austria in our warehouse, we will issue a credit note and reduce it by the flat rate for the return shipment of 3.90 €. Once this process has been completed in the accounting department, you will receive an email from us.
What do I do if I have received a damaged or incorrect item?
We are sorry about that! In this case, please contact our Customer Happiness team to start the complaint process. We will get back to you as soon as possible and help you to resolve everything to your complete satisfaction.
Do you have spare parts available?
Yes! As part of our sustainability approach, we always try to offer a wide range of spare parts so that, ideally, a product does not have to be replaced or disposed of.
We offer a variety of spare parts, such as replacement chest straps, hip belts, buckles, and more. Feel free to visit our Spare Parts Shop. If your product is still within the warranty period and you need a replacement part as part of a claim, please contact our Customer Happiness Team for more information.
What happens to my free product when I return it?
If you received a free product as part of a promotion, this always applies only in combination with a “main product.” This means you must keep at least one item from your order with a value of at least €70 in order to keep the free product at no extra cost.
Otherwise, please return the free product as well or pay the full purchase price for the goodie. In the latter case, we will send you a corresponding invoice.
How is the refund made?
Upon receipt of your return, the amount will be refunded to you using the same payment method you used to pay for the order. Accordingly, the refund for returns from Germany or Austria will be reduced by the return fee of 3.90€. Returns from other countries must be sent back at your own expense. Please note that a direct exchange is unfortunately not possible.
Why do you charge a flat rate for returns?
Responsibility towards our environment is a central part of pinqponq's brand identity. We have therefore decided to introduce a flat-rate returns fee. We want to promote conscious consumption and ensure that only items that are actually unwanted or defective are returned. Together with you, we are taking responsibility for a more sustainable future.
Another central component of our identity as a company is transparency and, of course, we also hope that the introduction of the flat rate will have a positive economic effect, which we can invest in meaningful and sustainable products. You can find out how we do this here.
The flat rate for returns for orders from Germany and Austria (from 1.10.2023) is 3.90 euros. This is only part of the costs actually incurred for a return (shipping, packaging, handling, cleaning, etc.). We will cover the majority of the costs so that you do not have to bear them alone. We also hope that this will raise awareness of the impact that returns have on our environment.
Returns from all other countries not mentioned are at your own expense.
How will I be charged the returns fee?
You will be charged the flat rate for returns when you receive your refund. Here is an example: You return all items of an order with an invoice amount of 79.90€. In this case, we will refund you 76.00€ (79.90€ minus 3.90€).
How can I avoid returns?
We are aware that returns cannot always be avoided. Perhaps the following tips will help you to at least reduce them, which not only saves time and frustration, but can also reduce the ecological footprint by saving on transportation routes and packaging material.
- Avoid ordering lots of different styles and sizes of one item. Instead, look for stores near you where you can try on our styles and find your perfect size.
- If you're unsure about your size, take a look at the model's stated body size and the customer reviews for the item in our store.
- Use our size charts to find your recommended size and measure your body measurements precisely.
- Read the product descriptions carefully and look at the photos and videos.
- Only order a product if you really need it. It can help to think about how you would style it beforehand, does it go with existing items of clothing, can it be combined to be worn across seasons, for example? Do you already own a similar item?
- Take your time: It's best to wait when you discover new favorite styles with us and rather make a larger collective order, e.g. with friends

How can I clean my backpack?
Clean your pinqponq backpack with a damp cloth and a little soap.
How does a laptop fit into the backpacks?
All our backpacks have a laptop compartment. Depending on the backpack model, different laptop sizes fit in the respective compartment, but at least 15 inches. Our Blok Large and Cubik Grand also fit larger laptops up to 17 inches.
What is the difference between Solid and Pure products?
In short: the difference lies in the materials. The fabric of the Solid version
is more robust and has a smooth surface. The Pure version features a
slightly shiny fabric with a subtly visible waffle texture.
What features are available in the pinqponq backpacks
Our backpacks have many practical functions. Some of our models, such as the Cubik, the Blok or the Komut, have an additional cable or wet compartment. So you have your charging cable right at hand. The compartment is also suitable for wet items. Most of our backpacks also have padded straps and back sections so that you can carry them comfortably even on longer tours. Additional compartments for pens, a tablet or even a water bottle on the outside make your pinqponq a real everyday companion.
Are the backpacks waterproof?
Our products are highly water-repellent. The fabrics are impregnated PFC-free during the manufacturing process. On the outside, they are treated with a water-based coating that repels water. On the reverse side, our tried-and-tested PU coating, also water-based, ensures that the material remains waterproof up to a water column of 1500 mm. However, moisture can penetrate the seams and zippers in the event of heavy water flow. In this case, our KOVER offers additional protection.
What types of backpacks are there?
Our backpacks are divided into different areas of use. There are pinqponqs especially for your everyday life, these are our Everydaypacks. Our travel packs are suitable for longer tours.
Which backpack is suitable for cycling?
In theory, you can use any of our backpacks on your bike. However, some models have padded straps and ventilated back pads - these are particularly suitable.
What materials are the backpacks made of?
You can take a closer look at the material variants in the close-ups on the product detail pages. You can also find useful information about the materials in the product description. Our backpacks are all made from sustainably woven fabrics that differ in their composition, texture, appearance and water resistance.
Why are your crinkle products more expensive?
Our Crinkle models are made from Crinkle Woven, a textured material inspired by Japanese fabrics that gives the product its distinctive look and feel.
The fabric is made from 100% pre-consumer recycled nylon
and treated with a water-based PU coating as well as a PFC-free
water- and dirt-repellent finish that is more sustainable than
conventional coatings.
In addition, the interior of the Crinkle Black features an eye-catching
blue contrast color. Alongside its many functional features, the Crinkle Black
usually offers even more external compartments and pockets on the backpack,
making it a true organization talent.
Which backpack is suitable as hand luggage?
Many of our backpacks are the size of hand luggage. Komut Large and Blok Large, for example, are perfect as hand luggage. Not only do they offer plenty of space, they also have practical storage compartments so that you have everything to hand. Of course, you can also travel with any of our smaller backpacks.
Which rucksack for women and which for men?

Are the backpacks fair and sustainable?
Our products are made from sustainable materials and are produced fairly. We focus on PET recycling, as little production waste as possible and absolute transparency from the beginning to the end of the product cycle. Our water-repellent outer fabrics contain no PFCs.
