ULTRAMID® CCYCLED®
Ultramid® Ccycled® ist ein innovatives Polyamid (100% PA6), das wir bei pinqponq seit Sommer 2023 für das Obermaterial unserer SOLID-Produkte einsetzen. Zu Beginn des Produktionsprozesses wird der für die Herstellung des Materials benötigte Rohstoff durch Pyrolyseöl aus chemisch recycelten Altreifen ersetzt und dem Polyamid über einen Massenbilanzansatz zugerechnet. Das so hergestellte Material hat die gleichen funktionalen und ästhetischen Eigenschaften wie herkömmliches Polyamid, ermöglicht es uns aber, fossile Rohstoffe am Anfang der Wertschöpfungskette einzusparen und damit einen Beitrag zur Förderung einer Kreislaufwirtschaft für bisher schwer verwertbare Abfälle wie Altreifen zu leisten.

We use fabrics made from 100% recycled PET bottles. We are a bluesign® System Partner and Leader Status member of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF). This means that, together with bluesign®, we try to remove toxic chemicals from the supply chain. Together with the FWF, we monitor and improve the working conditions in our factories in Turkey, Vietnam and Myanmar.
